Adani Power assures B'desh of power supply, seeks dues' clearance

The Adani Group has committed to supplying power to Bangladesh despite dues exceeding $800 million, sources said. The company has also requested Bangladesh's interim government to settle these dues to avoid any crisis, reports claimed. Adani Power's Godda plant in Jharkhand has a 100% supply contract with the Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB), the country's power distribution utility.
