Adani Power to acquire Reliance Power's plant for ₹3,000cr: Report

Adani Power has initiated discussions to buy a thermal power plant in Maharashtra's Nagpur, previously owned by the now-insolvent Reliance Power, Mint reported. The 600 MW thermal power project is located in Butibori industrial suburb. The report said that the deal is expected to be valued between ₹2,400 crore and ₹3,000 crore, translating to ₹4-5 crore per MW.
