Adani's ₹15,000-crore plan for Jaiprakash Associates to go ahead as NCLAT rejects Vedanta plea

Adani Enterprises' ₹15,000-crore resolution plan for Jaiprakash Associates (JAL) is set to go ahead as NCLAT rejected Vedanta's objection to it on Monday. The tribunal found that JAL's Committee of Creditors was right in rejecting Vedanta's resolution plan. This comes after the NCLT had cleared the resolution plan and the Supreme Court had dismissed Vedanta's similar plea filed before it.
