Adani's Ambuja Cements approves merger of ACC, Orient Cement

Ambuja Cements' board has approved the merger of ACC and Orient Cement into Ambuja. The Adani Group firm will issue 328 shares of face value ₹2 for every 100 shares of ACC with a face value of ₹10. For every 100 shares of Orient with a face value of ₹1, Ambuja will issue 33 shares with a ₹2 face value.
