Adani to expand Navi Mumbai airport despite slow airline growth

Adani Airport Holdings will begin the next phase of expansion at Navi Mumbai International Airport after the monsoon despite slower-than-expected airline growth. The expansion will increase the airport's capacity to 65 million passengers annually. Although airlines are adding flights gradually nearly eight months after commercial operations began, Adani remains confident that traffic will grow.
