Adani Total Gas shares hit 20% upper circuit despite market slump

The surge comes after the central government took steps to secure domestic gas supplies and ramp up LPG production amid disruptions caused by the ongoing Middle East war. Notably, Sensex crashed over 1,300 points, causing investors to lose nearly ₹4,92,160 crore.
