Adani wins ₹36,000 crore redevelopment project in Mumbai

Billionaire Gautam Adani-led Adani Group has emerged as the winning bidder for the ₹36,000 crore redevelopment of Motilal Nagar in Mumbai, PTI reported on Tuesday. Motilal Nagar I, II & III is one of Mumbai's biggest housing redevelopment projects, covering 143 acres in the western suburb of Goregaon (W). Notably, the Adani Group is already redeveloping Dharavi slum in Mumbai.
