Adani's ACC to buy remaining 55% Asian Concretes stake for ₹426 cr

Adani Group-owned ACC has agreed to buy the remaining 55% stake in Asian Concretes and Cements Private Limited for ₹426 crore. Following the deal, which is expected to be completed in seven working days, Asian Concretes will become a fully-owned subsidiary of ACC. Asian Concretes had a consolidated turnover of ₹308.90 crore in FY23.
