Adar Poonawalla's company buys office space for ₹395 crore in Pune

Rising Sun Holdings, owned by billionaire Adar Poonawalla, has purchased an office space in Pune for ₹395 crore, documents accessed by Propstack showed. The commercial space is located in Cerebrum IT Park B1 and spread across four floors with a total carpet area of 1.75 lakh square feet. The deal also includes parking space for 218 cars, the report added.
