Addanki Dayakar, Balmoori Venkat Congress MLC nominees

Telangana Congress general secretary Addayanki Dayakar and NSUI state president Balmoori Venkat Narasing Rao will be Congress nominees for the two Telangana MLC seats under the MLA quota. The Congress is poised to win both seats. Had the EC decided not to hold separate elections for the seats, the BRS may have had a chance to win the second seat.
