Adeia surges on Disney licensing deal and raised 2025 outlook

Adeia shares jumped 30% after announcing a long-term licensing deal with Disney that resolves litigation and grants access to Adeia media IP portfolio. The company lifted its 2025 GAAP revenue outlook to $425 milllion-$435 million and boosted net income estimates to as high as $113.9 million, helping shares hit their highest level since late October.
