Adidas to slash dividend to €0.70/share after Kanye West split

Adidas will cut its 2022 dividend to €0.70 ($0.7374) per share, the company said on Wednesday after warning that a split with rapper and fashion designer Kanye West could push it to its first annual loss in three decades this year. The dividend was €3.30 a share in 2021. The Adidas-West partnership yielded the lucrative Yeezy sneaker line.
