Aditya Birla Capital approves ₹4,000 crore fundraise

Aditya Birla Capital approved raising ₹4,000 crore through preferential allotment of shares at ₹356.02 per share. Grasim Industries will invest ₹2,880 crore, while IFC and Suryaja Investments will invest ₹920 crore and ₹200 crore, respectively. The company stated that proceeds will support lending business growth and strengthen the capital base.
