Aditya Birla Fashion buys 33.5% stake in designer Tarun Tahiliani's brand

Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail (ABFRL) has acquired 33.5% stake in Goodview Properties, the company founded by fashion designer Tarun Tahiliani, for ₹67 crore. The two will also form a new entity, with 80% of it owned by ABFRL, that will soon launch a new brand. Last month, ABFRL had announced the acquisition of 51% stake in designer brand Sabyasachi.
