Aditya Birla Fashion to acquire two ethnic wear brands

Aditya Birla Fashion, which owns Pantaloons, on Monday said it has forayed into branded ethnic market with the acquisition of Jaypore E-Commerce and TG Apparel & Decor. Ethnic wear is the largest segment in the Indian fashion apparel market, it said. Jaypore reported revenue of nearly ₹39 crore in FY19 while TG Apparel & Decor's revenue stood at ₹33.7 crore.
