Administrator at Srei finds over ₹3,000 cr in fraudulent transactions

The RBI-appointed administrator at Srei Equipment Finance Ltd has found fraudulent transactions worth over ₹3,000 crore conducted over FY20 and FY21. Loans involved with these transactions were at ₹2,512 crore, while the notional loss to the company stood at ₹513.67 crore, the company's filing said. The administrator has filed an application with the National Company Law Tribunal in this regard.
