Adobe to pay $150 mn to settle subscription termination lawsuit

Adobe reached a $150 million settlement in a US government lawsuit over hidden termination fees and difficult subscription cancellations, US Department of Justice said. The deal requires Adobe to pay a $75 million civil fine and provide $75 million in free services to customers, subject to court approval. Adobe was accused of violating the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act 2010.
