Adopt India's ULLAS scheme to fix your education system: ADB to Pakistan

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has advised Pakistan to adopt India's ULLAS scheme to fix its dysfunctional education system and impart quality training to its citizens. ADB's recommendation came in response to Pakistan's request for financial support to improve its education system. Launched last year by India, ULLAS scheme is targeted at all non-literates of age 15 years and above.
