Advent taps advisers for Crax maker DFM Foods sale: Report

Advent International is preparing to sell packaged snacks maker DFM Foods and has held advanced talks with Avendus Capital and EY for advisory roles, Moneycontrol reported. The sale process is still in its early stages, with a formal launch expected in August. Advent, which invested in the Crax-maker over six years ago, owned a 96.63% stake as of March 2025.
