Aerial footage shows dust storm moving into San Diego deserts, Coachella Valley
The National Weather Service's San Diego office has shared an aerial footage of a dust storm moving into Southern California on Thursday, creating near-zero visibility in areas like Coachella Valley, Salton Sea and the Imperial Valley. The storms, or haboobs, were prompted by thunderstorm outflow in Arizona. A Windblown Dust Advisory was issued due to vast amounts of airborne dust.
