Afcons Infrastructure's ₹5,430-crore IPO to open on Oct 25

Shapoorji Pallonji Group-owned Afcons Infrastructure has filed a red herring prospectus to raise ₹5,430 crore via an initial public offering. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares worth ₹1,250 crore and an offer-for-sale of shares worth ₹4,180 crore. The issue will open for subscription on October 25 and close on October 29.
