Afghanistan's Naveen-ul-Haq to retire from ODI cricket aged 24 after 2023 World Cup

Afghanistan fast bowler Naveen-ul-Haq has announced his retirement from ODI cricket. The 24-year-old said that the 2023 World Cup will be his last assignment with Afghanistan ODI team. He stated that he would continue to play T20I cricket for Afghanistan, adding that he has taken the decision to retire from ODI cricket to prolong his career.
