African Union became a member of G20 under our presidency: PM Modi

PM Narendra Modi, alongside Ghana's President Dr John Mahama, said, "It is a matter of pride for India that under our G20 presidency, the African Union got permanent membership of the G20." The union was an 'Invited International Organisation' until 2023. PM Modi added that both India and Ghana are members of the Global South and committed to its priorities.
