After Afghanistan, acting US Defence Secy makes surprise Iraq visit

Following his surprise visit to Afghanistan, acting US Defence Secretary Patrick Shanahan arrived in Iraq on Tuesday for an unannounced visit. His visit to Iraq comes after the country's President Barham Salih told the US to not overburden Iraq with its own issues. Earlier, US President Donald Trump said he would ask US troops stationed in Iraq to "watch" Iran.
