After ancient temple, more than 150-year-old stepwell found in Sambhal

Following the discovery of an ancient Shiv-Hanuman temple in UP's Sambhal, authorities have now discovered a stepwell, which could be over 150 years old, reports said. It is spread over 400 square metres, has around four chambers and floors made of marble, Sambhal DM Rajender Pensiya said. Ruins of an ancient Banke Bihari temple were found in the area recently.
