Elon Musk on Tuesday changed his bio from 'Chief Twit' to 'Twitter Complaint Hotline Operator' and changed his profile picture to a photo of his younger self that is holding a telephone. Musk has been engaging with several Twitter users after reports alleged that the social media company may charge its users around $20 for the blue tick verification badge.
