After donation theft, SIT uncovers 'VIP Darshan' extortion racket at Ram Mandir

Amid allegations of donation theft at Ram Mandir, the SIT has now uncovered an organised 'VIP Darshan' extortion racket allegedly spearheaded by Ramshankar Yadav alias Tinnu, multiple reports said. Tinnu and his associates charged devotees ₹20,000-₹25,000 to bypass queues for VIP darshan, reports said. The operation generated several lakh rupees every month.
