After Foreign Minister, Bangladesh's Home Minister cancels India visit

Bangladesh's Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan on Thursday cancelled his visit to India amid protests over the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill in the North-East. Khan was scheduled to reach Meghalaya's Shillong on Friday to reportedly attend a private event on Bangladesh's War of Liberation of 1971. The move comes hours after Bangladesh Foreign Minister cancelled his visit citing domestic commitments.
