After Grok, ChatGPT starts making nude & violent images of women despite not being asked to

AI safety firm Mindgard revealed that, similar to Grok's generation of sexualised images of women, ChatGPT has also begun generating images that show nude women in violent settings. Mindgard claimed that it used a generic prompt that didn't specify what type of images it wanted ChatGPT to generate. ChatGPT still showed a semi-nude female college student bruised, bound and gagged.
