After Kejriwal & Sisodia, AAP's Durgesh refuses to appear before HC Justice Swarana

AAP leader Durgesh Pathak has refused to appear before Delhi High Court Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma in excise policy case, following similar refusals by Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia. In a letter to the judge, Pathak said he agrees with Kejriwal’s concerns, who has alleged a conflict of interest against the judge. CBI has challenged their discharge in the case.
