After naming India among 'top polluters' following flash floods, Nepal PM thanks India

After Nepal's Foreign Minister Shisir Khanal named India among "top polluters" following the flash floods in the country and sought compensation, Nepal's PM Balen Shah thanked India for the aid it sent after the disaster. He also said that Indian teams were being mobilised for rescue work at hydropower project sites. A fifth Indian aircraft departed for Nepal on Wednesday.
