After Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerji awarded honorary doctorate from La Trobe University

Rani Mukerji has been awarded an Honorary Doctor of Letters by Australia’s La Trobe University for her three decades of contribution to Indian cinema and work off-screen. She's the second Indian film personality to receive the honour, after Shah Rukh Khan in 2019. Mukerji was also honoured with a special citation for acting excellence by Indian Film Festival of Melbourne.
