Afzal Guru was made scapegoat: Soni after DSP Davinder's arrest with terrorists

Actress Soni Razdan on Tuesday shared an article about 2001 Parliament terror attack convict Afzal Guru's letter to his lawyer. In the letter, he wrote that he was tortured by DSP Davinder Singh, who was recently arrested with two terrorists. "This is why there... needs to be a solid enquiry into why Afzal Guru was made the scapegoat," she tweeted.
