CDS General NS Raja Subramani announced two-year service extension for Agniveers. The 75% of Agniveers who were earlier set to exit after completing their four-year tenure will now get an additional two years of service. "Upon completion of this two-year period, all those who are willing will be enrolled in the Armed Forces, subject to objective selection criteria," he said.
