Ahmedabad to have garba & uttarayan-themed driverless metro trains

Ahmedabad is getting 10 new indigenous driverless metro trains with themes inspired by Gujarat’s popular festivals, Garba and Uttarayan. The first train has already reached the city and will undergo testing before entering passenger service. These trains will also feature GoA4 technology, air-conditioning, CCTV cameras and advanced fire detection systems.
