AI, welfare, super app: Vijay pitches ‘25th century governance’

TVK chief Vijay outlined a “25th century good governance” model, promising automated welfare delivery and time-bound public services. He alleged widespread corruption in service delivery under the DMK government and pledged to remedy the situation within six months of assuming power.
