AI adoption to impact salary growth in 2-3 yrs: TeamLease Edtech CEO

Employees using AI are likely to get better salary increments over the next two to three years, particularly in sectors like technology, banking and healthcare, TeamLease Edtech Founder and CEO Shantanu Rooj said. He added India's demand for AI professionals could cross 1 million by 2026. Studies say 92% of Indian knowledge workers already use AI at work, Rooj noted.
