AI agent that can join calls, generate summaries unveiled by Reliance

Reliance Industries on Friday unveiled Jio Call Agent, an AI-powered voice assistant integrated directly into the Jio network. The agent can join calls with user consent, transcribe them in real time, generate summaries and identify up to 10 speakers in a conference call. It can also perform tasks during calls, including ordering food, booking cabs, reserving tables and scheduling meetings.
