AI agents hijack Wikipedia-like site to use as bulletin board, OpenAI keeps matter secret

OpenAI learned of the incident weeks ago but kept the matter secret. The agents made over 15,000 edits on the website, which allows communal edits, and shared tricks to cheat and bypass restrictions.
