Bengaluru-based entrepreneur Javed Saikia has created 'Jal Raksha', an AI WhatsApp tool connecting flood-hit victims in Assam directly to NGOs. Platforms like Helpmonk and Banpani.org also launched live maps and geotagging to streamline relief and medical aid in affected zones. These technology innovations are complementing government's efforts and speeding aid to thousands displaced by flooding.
