AI bringing us to another watershed moment: Google SVP Raghavan

The increasing sophistication of generative AI is bringing the world to "another watershed moment", Google Senior Vice President Prabhakar Raghavan told Hindustan Times. "The reality is that this AI evolution didn't happen overnight. AI has been around for more than 70 years," Raghavan said. He added that rising user expectations and technological advancements are in a virtuous cycle.
