Uber CTO Praveen Neppalli Naga said the company has exhausted its 2026 AI budget within months due to the growing use of AI tools such as Claude Code. "I'm back to the drawing board because the budget I thought I would need is blown away already," he said. He added that the company is now witnessing "agentic software engineering".
