AI-chip startup Rebellions raises $400 mn in pre-IPO round

South Korea-based AI-chip startup Rebellions on Monday said it has raised $400 million in a funding round ahead of an upcoming IPO. The round was led by Mirae Asset Financial Group and state-led Korea National Growth Fund, taking the startup's valuation to about $2.34 billion. Rebellions, in September 2025, raised $250 million in its Series C funding round.
