Tom Blomfield, founder of the UK-based online bank Monzo, said AI could bring an end to income tax in 5-6 years. "I think we will tax compute...and then we will use the proceeds to pay for stuff," he stated. "Once you have super intelligent AI and pervasive robotics, humans are not economically useful anymore," he added.
