AI did in months what would take my lab 160 years: Dr Sinclair

Harvard longevity scientist Dr David Sinclair said he asked an AI model what his team’s drug screening would have cost the old way. With 20 people it would have taken 160 years and over a billion dollars, he said, adding it cost about $20,000 and a few months. Soon enough anyone could design a drug on a phone, he added.
