AI finds 8 new signals while searching for alien life: Report

A new machine learning method has found eight "signals of interest" in the search for extraterrestrial life, media reports said citing researchers. The signals detected by AI are "promising extraterrestrial intelligence signals of interest not previously identified". They have come from five different stars, all between 30 and 90 light years from Earth.
