AI giant Anthropic confidentially files for IPO in US

AI giant Anthropic has announced that it filed confidential IPO papers with the US Securities & Exchange Commission. Anthropic, which recently raised $65 billion at a post-money valuation of $965 billion, did not disclose the size or terms of the offering. Meanwhile, sources said that rival OpenAI is also preparing to confidentially file for a US IPO in coming weeks.
