AI is now intelligence infrastructure, entering growth phase: TCS Chairman

TCS Chairman N Chandrasekaran said AI is becoming "infrastructure of intelligence" and will influence how enterprises invest, manage risk and serve stakeholders. He added generative AI and agentic AI are entering a new growth phase as AI has moved beyond being just a layer. Chandrasekaran said customers will move from pilot projects to scaling AI across core business functions.
