AI-powered iPhone to soon scan food, phone numbers, tickets & more

Apple is reportedly working on upgraded AI-driven 'Visual Intelligence' features coming to iPhone with iOS 27, which will let the device scan food items, event or travel tickets, printed phone numbers, and addresses using the camera. These scans can then be automatically parsed and saved into relevant apps such as Health, Contacts, turning everyday objects into structured digital data.
