AI superiority will most likely cause World War 3: Elon Musk

Elon Musk on Monday tweeted "Competition for AI superiority at national level most likely cause of WW3." His tweet comes in response to Russian President Putin's recent stance on artificial intelligence. Putin said, "whoever becomes the leader in this sphere will become the ruler of the world." Earlier this month, Musk said AI is "vastly more" risky than North Korea.
